Notes

10'/5'/10' tempo (aiming for 6:30 down to 6:20 pace) with 2 min jog in between. Lucked out and got out of work early, ate a snack and then started warming up at 4 and the workout at 4:30. Got dark about halfway through, however it was nice to run at least part of the run in the light. Pretty disappointed in this, but whatever. Workouts after work and having 3 long days this week is tough plus I'm out of shape.
