GBTC workout, actually felt really good despite being sore from the half. Good group of girls at practice tonight so couldn't resist doing a workout. Really enjoyed this workout I liked having the miles at either end and doing some faster 1k's. Thought about not doing the last mile, but talked myself into it and even though it was tough I'm glad I ran it. Hoping this shows the half wasn't my best performance. 31 minutes @ 6:07 pace.
