2 by 30 sec calf and heel wall stretch
2 by 20 lateral hip walks with band around ankles
2 by 10 calf/ heel raises from lunge on a step
1 by 30 big toe yoga push downs with band
20 ball throws on 1 leg (standing on thick foam) to rebounder facing forward, facing left, facing right
