Last EZ run in NH. Got out of work earlier today and ran a different way! Absolutely beautiful out! So crazy how you can just choose a random road to run down and then all of a sudden you are running past farms with mountain views in background! Definitely some tough up and down hills and always tough running after a full day in the sun. i honestly don't know how people train for extended periods of time in NH it is so hilly!! Was feeling better on the way back then the way out, but didn't pick it up much. ...Still bummed at how this mileage is looking this week, esp with traveling to NYC coming up on Wed
