GBTC workout: 2 by 1600m, 1 by 800m (shortened BC I'm outofshape)Ran behind Jenna and Deepti for the first mile and then fell back in the 2nd and ran with a new girl for it and an 800. Left hip hurting, right achilles and left knee by the 800. Might have over done it a bit, but feels good to be running again
