8x300m hills (about 70sec) w/ 2 min rest
Alternated running up a hill that I thought was a little too steep and a hill that I thought was a little too moderate. Worked out well. I enjoyed to change up the hill and by the end the moderate one was feeling much easier to run up.
It was tough, but hills always are for me. It feels good to get a hill workout and and I feel stronger for it
