Just a little run testing out the left hip. Was going to do 20 mins but in a time crunch to get to the eye doctor and my left calf was SUPER tight. No hip pain which is a relief :) Day 1 of "summer" training finally getting sunny and warm!! Let's get in shape for Beach to Beacon!!
Also struggling with extreme stomach pain since Tuesday night, which I had 2 years ago. So weird but starting to feel a little better now.
