First "workout". 45-50 min run with 10-15 min @ MP effort (based on fire cracker 4 time would be 7 min pace, winter break pace 6:30)

WU 2.09 mi in 15:59 or 7:39 pace

MP 2.11 mi in 14:42 or 6:59 pace

CD 2.2 mi in 16:28 or 7:30 pace

A little cooler today which was terrific (about 75 when I went running, low humidity). Felt really good to do a little faster running today, pretty surprised how fast the warm up and cool down was relative to the MP effort. Wasn't meant to be anything difficult and it wasn't. Just nice encouragement to run a little faster. Honestly don't know how I was slogging at 8:5X pace all last week. Needless to say I enjoy little workouts and am excited to be starting them up again!! Cough is still persistent which means I'm annoying pretty much everyone in the office.
