Crossways with an add on. Ran with Christine the rest of the girls did 40 min. Surprisingly felt fairly sore and achy today. Even my hips felt tight during mini bands. I can't think of how it could have been from the workout since it was nothing terrible and wasn't speed work. The only possible explanation I can think of is that we used the heavier trap bar for squats in lift on Tuesday. Nothing too bad I just never expect to be sore near the end of the season. 3k time trial tomorrow!!
