Told PT about my shin and showed her the location. Erica didn't think it was a bone problem because of the location (outside instead of inside), tested with a tuning fork and everything seemed AOK.
Warmed up heels and shin. Graston on heels and shin.
3 by 10 heel drops
2 by 30 sec calf and achilles wall stretch
2 by 15 lateral mini band walks around ankles
1 by 20 box calf and achilles heel lifts
2 by 30 sec kneeling shin stretch
2 by 10 toe yoga with band
shin rolling with stick
8 min ice after shin and heels
