Wooo! First workout on the indoor track! 4 x 400m, 6 x 200m, 2 x 400m with 200 m rest in between.
Goal paces: 400m 84-85, 200m 40
Actually went really well. I was surprised by how effortless hitting the paces were considering I having been running exactly running "quality" lately. Was really nice ran into Allison right before starting the workout, so we ended up doing the whole workout together. Hopefully racing this weekend!!!!
