Long run with the GBTC girls (Deepti, Caroline, Jenna and an appearance by Allie) from coolidge corner out on Beacon and back on Com Ave. Natural progression run with some FAST miles over the hilly section of the course. Great group and happy with a faster paced LR, but wish I had been better about doing a more structured workout
