Long run with GBTC girls (Jenna, Colleen, Maddie, Lanie, Elyse, Deepti, and guest appearance by Lauren). 65 to 70 degrees out! WILD. We ran on the course and then added on at the res. Fun and faster run which was great. Hips, Achilles and left shin just feel awful now...... Missed on sat, in VT for skiing then rushed to a holiday party after. I didn't ski but the roads by the mount had no shoulder and were busy, but still should have gone for a run.
