Firecracker 4: running the first bit with Coach and a little longer with Katherine and the rest of it with Chelsea. Sad to say this was a tough effort. Haven't ran this fast since April and knee was really flaring up. Ah well. Always a super fun coarse with lots of energy from the bands. 20+ Alumni came out, so it was great catching up for a bit!
