5 by 1200m. Jenna convinced me to do the 1200 workout. Also new girl Charlotte ran the first 3 1200s and then did the last 2 as 800s with us which was nice since it gave us more people to run with! Tom may be on to something Avg interval pace 6:16. Track occupied by a HS track meet, ran 2 on a pavement loop with some sharp turns- not the best, 1 on the turf field when it cleares and 2 on the track. Felt pretty good considering taking last week basically off. Also still pysed not to be injured after a marathon!!! BIG things coming (maybe)
