Supposed to be 15 with last 5 @ ET (6:49-7:10). Ran after work in the AM (4:30-9AM). Rob was nice enough to run it all with me. Was honestly the hardest workout I've ever not been able to do. Started the LT @ 9 miles since the last mile of the run has a bit of street crossings. Honestly didn't think I could hit 7:30 pace with how awful I felt for the whole run. The nice gradual downhill on the bike path and no stops helped for the first 2 miles. Got thrown off with only 2 crossings in each of the last 3 miles. My legs could not accelerate once I stopped for a bit or 2. This run has got to be the hardest running has felt in a year. Felt as if I was racing all out. Both Achilles hurt, legs don't feel right and for some reason cannot run fast. Every step hurts. Extremely frustrating. Perhaps being sleepy and some minor dehydration at play in this particular run, but doesn't explain how terrible I've felt post-Boston.... Had to stop ~1 mile short, couldn't run another step. On to next week, I suppose...
