4 by 1600m with 4 200's. Paces for 1600's were 6:40, 6:32, 6:24, 6:20. Paces for 200's were 39.

Not a bad workout at all. Hit paces easily. Definitely nice to have paces for cut downs. Ran with Christine, we alternated every lap and actually got into a good rhythm this time. Hitting the 200 times were not as hard as I though it would be. The second one was tough, but still was on pace. Running them made me feel fast, which is always nice.
