4 by 1 mile at lamplighter with 1 min rest.

Goal: Start at 6:30 pace

Did some lunges and strides before

Ran the Lamplighter mile loop that we used to run in high school. Pretty funny considering the first time I ran this loop I got helplessly lost and my mom and sister came looking for me well after practice had ended. Actually gotta hand it to Coach DeRocco this is a really nice loop, nice and flat, no sharp turns and the ending spot is the intersection of a road. Took turns running it forward and backward so I could enjoy the 1 min rest. It really seemed as if running backwards was so much slower (6:25, 6:30) it seemed as if it was more into the wind, but that could just be an excuse.

Over all workout went really well. I felt good and it was as fun as a workout can be. Started it a little late so I drove to the high school that way I didn't have to run down River in the dark.
