Rainy long run, in a crummy mood LO from yesterday. Left ~40 min after Rob and CO. Was feeling crummy at ~4 miles then Ian saw me and said hi, and it gave me motivation to carry on. Saw Norcross, shaun and Rob and Manny all tempo-ing back. Rob somehow was generous to then back for me after his tempo and then Shaun and Manny were as well! Last 4-5 miles with them, made the run for sure. Breakfast and Brews with the guys after curtisoy of Jen and Shaun's hospitality
