Nice cool day for a run. Decided just to run and out and back on lake shore dr. to avoid running up really big hills. The run ended up having a few rolling hills, but nothing too bad. A fairly mentally tough day since out and back running is not the most enjoyable, a lot less scenic and a lot more cars. In reality would like these type runs to be a little faster.
