Fun intro to working out again at the RPI track with Faz and Rob before Faz had work. Did a track fartlek running a 400 in 90 and a 400 in 2 min for a quick rest. Last few were challenging but had to finish the workout. All in all went better than I expected and am happy to start gearing up for summer training
