Good workout with Maddie and Jaime, we ended up running everything on the track. For the first 10 min tempo we took the first lap out a little slow, but came through the mile at 5:14 and then dropped the last 2.5 laps down to 6' pace. The second 10 min was perfectly paced right from the beginning, hitting 6:02 at the mile. 1K we started out fast, but were hitting a 5k pace by the 2nd lap. Just for personal note, left shin feeling tight at the end of the workout
