Lunch Yoga at the office gym! It is a intro to yoga/ stretching class, my first time going and I really enjoyed it. It is definitely a beginners class, so none of the poses were too difficult for me but really helped with my overall soreness/ tight hamstrings and hips. Glad I went! I originally thought yoga was only offered on Mondays but it turns out it is offered many different days during lunch and even after work some days! Hopefully I can make a habit of going (tough when I'm not in the office a lot, but I'm excited!). Def a great way to get in stretching/ mobility since it is so hard to do alone after running
