Paces:
400 = 89
400 = 84
300 = 61
200 = 39
100 = Hard
Workout went pretty well. Didn't record paces for rest...I think they were a little slow, but not overly slow. Felt fairly good for the workout, but slow on a few reps, however wit was windy
