WO: 15 min tempo/ 2 min rest/ 10 min tempo
Mapped out a 0.8 mile tempo loop thinking I would hit 5 min per loop to get 6:15 pace overall. In the end the loop ended up having a fairly decent sized hill in it and I stupidly made the "loop" more like a lollipop so at the end of each loop I would have to make a sharp turn at an intersection and head back the was I came. Anyway I would say it was a successful tempo, a little slow, but that's okay.
