Alright so I've been slacking hardcore. I haven't been running and it's pissing me off. So now I'm going to gradually increase my mileage (hopefully without getting injured). Next week my goal is to run 3-3.5 miles daily, so until then, I will be working in the 2's. This sounds really pathetic considering what I was doing in October, but I'd rather not add too much mileage as long as I don't injure myself.
