after the recovery starting up was really difficult. Knees and ankle hurt and couldn't get breathing under control. Started at 8.3, dropped to 8.2 and then to 7.5 and 7.0. Thought I could at least get the 5k in, but felt like I was doing more harm than good. Stopeed and started a slower cool down
