goal was to get new Florida PR under 1:44:06. Temps were higher than I would have liked and last PR was in 40 degree weather, so I am extremely happy with the outcome and know I could have gone faster in better conditions. Course was extremely flat with one small rise at the end
Had planned to run first mile at 8:00 and bring down from there. Ended up staying with Sally til she had to pee at mile 3. Should have stuck with the plan. Not sure if it would have helped in miles 9-11? Those are always tough for me anyway
