Not sure how many women were in the field - will update once I know

Went into the run wanting to run comfortably hard for as long as possible and work on some nutrition. Found out that I need to start on Tailwind earlier. Started to get leg cramps in calves at about 4 hours even though I had been taking salt tabs every hour and glutamine ever 2. Started run/walking - intervals determined by cramps. About 30 mins after starting 50/50 tailwind/water the cramping lessened and I was able to run for longer stretches.
