4 loops. First 2 loops felt good then fell apart for 2nd half and walked much of the last loop. Takeaway - went out too fast. Once I allowed myself to walk it was over. Schedule in walk breaks at first (sandy areas) and start slower. Stomach didn't feel great. Used Tailwind and Honey Stinger gels. Need to figure out a better mix
