was cautious due to recent issues with side pain. Felt nauseous at mile 2.5 (at caffeinated gel at start, not sure if this was reason). Felt better by mile 5 and was able to continue eating gels every 5 miles. Legs heavy due to workouts earlier in the week. Chad caught up to me at about mile 6.5 and we ran together until about mile 11. Course changed this year and didn't run as long on Rt 41, much better being in the shaded neighborhoods
