Group run, really should split this into 2 different runs.
The first half was an unplanned tempo w/Greg C.
I felt pretty good about this one, considering I was thinking about just going easy tonight.
2nd half was a horrible fade that gave me doubts about my ability to hold any kind of decent pace for more than a few miles.
The final result was not too bad and probably falls somewhere in the middle.
I'm counting it as a workout anyway.
