Recumbent Bike
Program 1 X2
Light resistance, moving up to medium incrementally, then back down, then repeat.
This was good. I need to do more of it.
I feel like this could really help my legs. But it was not much of a cardio workout.
Fought the urge to get on the TM for a short run after this.
Planning on the group run tomorrow. Maybe something before that.
