Sanford 10 Miler Course Sunday edition W/Greg C and Mike L.

this was mostly very easy until the end keeping up with Greg as he pushed a bit.

Didn't make the turn at Jack Lane and ended up going out to 109.

This route makes the course a bit long as we were already at 10 when we got back to SIS.

Rest up, I don't want any excuse on Sunday. Especially how rain makes a person run slow.

Rain is out of the question. Not happening. Don't mention it again mike.

I am hoping for rain. Sure it slowed us down a bit. But I think it would be to our advantage.

That damn temp keeps creeping up in the forecast.

I'm more worried about that..

It might rain frogs.

No problem with that as long as Aimee Mann is singing.
