Felt exceptional, potentially better than ever. Felt good running up the hill, but then very good down Coaster and on Contour and Cemetery. 6:22 on Contour, 6:10 on Cemetery quite comfortably. 9 minutes on the track with Loren at the end. Did the loop in 58 to the track.
