Easy run, felt slightly more tired than I have been, but still pretty exceptional. Ran with Dahlberg and Loren. 6:48 6:39 on Contour; no cemetery split for some reason. Probably 6:45-6:40. Quicker running is going very well, as 6:30s are quite comfortable.
