Notes

First run of the year. Good three weeks off, now its time to get serious...goal is to lose 12 pounds by race day on March 1st. Min 4 runs per week, as well as my cross training and hockey....lets see how it goes....hoping to spend more time running with Reynolds this year...bigger effort on my part for that for sure.
