Gave it everything out there today. Hot and sunny. Brace held in place great. Didnt feel like I was going that fast, but guess I was wrong and now understand why I got a bit of a head rush 21 minutes in....good stuff...ease off again now to upper 7's for the next run....this is positive...pain mile 1 3/10, pain rest of way, 1/10...almost none...
