easy run tonight except for the cold.....didnt wear jacket and that was not smart...even still easiest run in a long time, didnt even feel like sub 7's yet all 4 were...I felt exactly like jr, except the exact opposite....
speaking of jr, looking forward to xmas drinks and dinner with he and cole in the Big Smoke tomorrow evening....
