Notes

pushups (20*10) and some core today after the run...just to get some muscle pushing going again...lord knows I need it....off to jersey city saturday...back to JC twice a week after that in prep for the marathon and making sure the legs are fast enough to push me close to 3:10....else I should just run it with JR for fun...26.2 miles..oh yeah lots of fun...
