Good workout this morning...good bike ride (keeping the leg fresh for tomorrow and sunday for runs)....and then a great set of circuits...
-4 pushups - 30's
-4 chinups - 8's (50pd resistance)
-4 rows - (alternating grips)
-4 shoulder press
-4 core work - 40's
lots of stretching....
not sure what to make of my leg...its not good.....oh my..
