Outdoor track, after work, weather was sunny and blue sky then dark grey and threats of rain. Left the track after only 2 miles due to strong chemical solvent fumes blowing across the track from the nearby construction site. Concrete pumping? Is there a chemical they use for that? Or some concrete sealer? Smelled like the solvent in paste shoe polish from long ago.
Right heel was not taped for the PF, felt it a bit at first, my foot was not happy but it eased up and wasn't a pain by the time I finished. We'll see how it is tomorrow.
