Notes

Ran a few slow easy 200's before work. Shin splints have been a real problem lately in the mornings, and left knee is bad enough to prevent any long runs or frequent running, so I've been running 1-2 times a week or so. Have not kept records the past couple months. Been doing lots of walking lately, 50 mile weeks of walking. Winter has been bad, cold snowy and icy so no biking and little or no outdoor running
