Notes

Ran a bunch of stuff, did 8x200m 1x400m slow in the AM, then did some climbing in the PM, at 15%, 10%, 5%, got my heart rate up to 172 or so once, did a few more tough sprint intervals uphill, incline machines were not available so did this on the sucky Precor. 6 miles total, not sur ehow much climbing, was short on calories today (intentional I guess) and no coffee in the afternoon, should have done another coffee maybe. My lower stomach muscles were surprisingly sore today after last night's 1600's, and I could not run well on the flat track, was painful.
