13.17 miles on the indoor track, broke it up into pieces to make it less boring and keep the pace a bit faster. All easy running but I could not justify slowing down the first 3200 set, it was smooth and relaxed. There was another fast runner on the track - that always makes me run faster.
Legs were tired and a bit sore in the hamstrings by the end, possibly because I sat at my computer last night for way too many hours, until midnight in fact.
