Notes

Haven't run for a couple days, weather has been obnoxious. Ran indoors, still sore legs, feet not happy, hard to run. Shins splinting some as well. Too much sitting at home, maybe? Sit down bones are sore as well as glutes and hams.

Time is approximate, plus I was running 350 walking 50 meters.
