Walked to the track to warm-up, then ran a nice easy but relaxed and quick 1600m Didn't have a plan, this was supposed to be an easy warm-up mile but it started fast and easy, so I rolled with it. No Albuterol, no breathing problems at all. Decided it was fast enough to not need to do more running except a bonus lap.
