Very easy day. Nice and sunny, 77F, 30% humidity, pollen 8.4 / 12

Did a few laps on the track, ran it all very easy and didn't push anything. Decided to walk and then run barefoot at the end just a bit, my feet liked that a lot after the initial shock. Excellent easy workout.
