Ran easy (7.5 mph) for 5k on a treadmill at the Rec center. Woodway treadmill. First time to run this far in a while. It was nice to run non-stop, but having significant piriformis pain in left thigh afterwards. Left foot injuries from falling down the stairs last Saturday nifht are better but ot gone. Left foot was already a mess before that happened. Big toe joint is bad, front padding of foot is thickened and numb but foot is always painful or bothersome somewhere.
Splits: 8:06, 16:06, 23:07, ~0:40, 23:47 total. Speed up gradually on final mile to finish at 10 mph.
