Notes

Did a warm-up .5 on the incline treadmill @ 21%, and then did 2x800m on the track, @ 2:52, 2:44. Right ankle and inner thigh are having some problems, but I warmed up and did OK. I took a long HOT shower before running today, since my lower legs in general have been doing poorly in the mornings recently. That seemed to help a lot. I also had a cup of black coffee at home after my tea, and ate only 2 pieces of toast with butter and jam.
